Hello from Ms. Whittle
Brianna Whittle is a certified K-12 music teacher with an instrumental emphasis, certification from University of Louisville. Her life has been defined by music, and she would love to share the ways music shapes life to the new generations to come.
Brianna is a current Band and Choir Director at Perry County Central High School in Hazard, Kentucky. She also currently performer with the Kentucky River Community Band and has
performed with University of Louisville's Women's Chorus, Community Band, Concert Band, Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble.
There have been many teaching opportunities for her including student teaching at Anchorage Public Schools and Kammerer Middle School. She was also a color guard instructor for a consecutive four seasons at various schools in the Louisville area. She has been given the opportunity to teach a music theory class and took the role as an oboe instructor for the Wind Band Institute for the middle school ensembles. Brianna cannot wait to continue to learn in grow in the field of music education as she gains more experience in working with students of all kinds.
In her free time, Brianna likes to go shopping/thrifting, crafting and playing video games with her friends. She is currently living in Louisville, Kentucky with her cat but enjoys traveling around.
